SeiCorp provides technical assistance to develop, implement, evaluate and transition existing and emerging TCPED/TPPU data standards, which in turn supports successful integration of airborne sensor data into the NSG and interoperability between sensor systems in a network-centric, collaborative, air-space environment.

SeiCorp, Inc.’s ISR Division provides NGA technical support for the following NGA programs/activities: Joint Targeting Workstation (JTW), the Validation Program, Exercise Empire Challenge and technical coordination of the following emerging standards: Community Sensor Model (CSM); Airborne Collection Tasking Message (ACTM); Transducer Markup Language (TML); Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Standards, and NATO Standards Agreements (STANAGs).

Due to SeiCorp, Inc.’s detailed technical knowledge of the aforementioned programs, NGA has, on numerous occasions, entrusted SeiCorp, Inc. with representing and / or supporting its interests in both government and public forums.

Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) is the DoD’s resource allocation process. This process creates the annual DoD Budget submitted to Congress. Once passed by Congress and signed by the President, the budget funds military operations and programs for the year.

SeiCorp, Inc. provides analytical, training, and consultant services to assist in DoD’s PPBE process.

The PPBE team tasks center around the following general areas: 1) PPBE Training – ABIDES, process, and tools; 2) Program & Budget analysis support; 3) Development and Implementation of resource analysis and tools, and resource allocation processes.
